Description

RETENTiON & PREMISSION: Permission is sought for: (i) Removal of existing flat roof on garage conversion, and extension of the existing principal roof to encompass garage conversion. (ii) Partial demolition of garage conversion, construction of new side, load bearing wall on garage conversion to support roof, one meter from shared boundary wall, creating pedestrian side access to rear garden.
