3. The development hereby approved shall adhere to the following: a. Prior to the commencement of development, a revised drawing shall be submitted to the Planning Authority (Transportation Planning Division) for written agreement indicating the following changes: • 2 no. additional car parking spaces only are hereby permitted, providing for an overall total on site of 28 no. car parking spaces. • A minimum of 10 no. additional bicycle parking spaces shall be provided in addition to the existing 10no. bicycle spaces on site. These shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Bicycle parking design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked. These bicycle parking spaces shall be in situ and accessible and ready for use prior to the first operation of the new vehicular entrance and car parking spaces hereby approved
