3. The development shall be amended as follows: (a) The depth of the first floor shall be reduced to a maximum external depth of 4.5m as taken from the original rear elevation of the parent dwelling on the land (No.1 Villa Park Drive). A hipped roof shall be provided to the rear of the house, Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: To protect residential amenities of No. 1 Villa Park Drive
