4. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: b) The extent of the proposed SuDS measures is not acceptable. The applicant shall demonstrate how nature-based SuDS devices are to be incorporated into the management of surface water runoff within the site. The applicant is advised that the revised proposals will be assessed against the criteria set out in the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-28. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction. c) The applicant shall demonstrate how all four critical objectives of Suds are to be met. These are water quality, quantity, biodiversity and amenity. d) The applicant shall include a 20% increase in rainfall calculations to account for climate change. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
