8. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: xv. Landscaping and Public Realm Proposals around New Square: coordinated drawing of all proposed interventions (man hole covers, inspection covers, gullies etc.) that will require making-good to the cobbled margins and reinstated lawn when the temporary pavilions are removed.
