3. The development shall be revised as follows: a. The front façade of the proposed extension shall be set back so that it is in line with the existing front building line of the original property b. The front façade of the proposed extension shall be clad in a brick that matches the brick at ground floor level of the original property. c. The window to the dining room area to the front shall be of a similar height to the siting room window to create a balance between the extension and the original house when viewed from Beech Hill Avenue. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings:- Reason: In the interests of orderly development, residential and visual amenity
