5. The proposed flat roof dormer window on the front roofslope shall be revised to replicate the pitched roof design and dimensions of the approved dormer on the adjacent property, no. 34 Ailesbury Road (reg. ref. 3115/19). Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and to maintain the character of the residential conservation area.
