PERMISSION:The development will consist of internal alterations and external extensions to the existing hotel to provide 47no. additional bedrooms (306no bedrooms in total). The gross floorspace of the hotel increases by 1436sqm from 11,344sqm to 12,780sqm. Permission is also sought for minor changes to the car park area to the rear of the hotel resulting in a reduction of parking spaces from 40no. to 38no parking spaces on the overall site, new screen plant enclosure at roof level and all site and development works associated with the above.
