3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: i) Revised 1:20 elevations and sections demonstrating a more uniform approach to the horizontal detailing of the front façade, addressing significant clashes between the pilasters and the doors/windows and ensuring a level of symmetry to the proposed façade. The final materials/colours proposed are also to be confirmed.
