3. In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written approval of the Planning Authority: d) In advance of work commencing on site, the applicant shall submit a revised specification and methodology for the proposed cleaning of the facades that shall be of minimum intervention for the written agreement of the CO. This shall include a sequencing for the cleaning, particularly if the rendered north elevation is to be cleaned.
