4. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority: a) The proposed intervention at roof level, described as ‘addition of fourth floor set-back extension with roof terrace to south’, and all associated internal revisions to the existing staircase described as ‘provision of new hardwood timber stairs to fourth floor’ shall be omitted. Reason: To protect the fabric, character and integrity of this protected structure
