Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: (i) Amendments to previously approved planning permission reg. ref. 5097/22 comprising alterations to the height and form of the roof over ground floor extension to rear, omission of 4 no. proposed windows to north elevation and minor alterations and dimensional changes to rear elevation of new extension to rear. (ii) Alterations to existing garage structure to rear of site, including removal of centre pier between garage doors, and existing sloped roof to be replaced with flat roof with overall height increase of 250mm. (iii) Replacement of 10no. non-original sash windows to front and rear. (iv) The proposal also includes all associated roof lights, landscaping, boundary treatment, site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
