Description

15. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Demolition Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended demolition practice for the proposals, including traffic management, hours of working, noise & dust management measures and off-site disposal of demolition waste. b) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including traffic management, hours of working, noise management measures and off-site disposal of construction waste. d) A School Travel Plan for the development shall be submitted to the Planning Authority prior to the occupation of development for written agreement. The plan shall address the mobility requirements of staff and students, incorporate a travel survey, future expansion of cycle and scooter parking provision and shall promote the use of active travel modes and public transport. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
