Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed works will involve the refurbishment of the existing protected structure, to include the restoration of existing windows, doors, walls and architectural details on ground, first, second and third floors including basement level. The works will include the replacement of non-original doors, the removal of non-original dividing partitions, the provision of new lightweight partitions on basement floor level, the reconfiguration of sanitary facilities on basement floor level, the provision of a new tanking system to basement level to combat dampness, the replacement of an existing rooflight in very poor condition, the re-covering of small flat roof area to the rear of the building, the making good and cleaning of the front, rear and gable elevations, repair works to the parapets to the front and rear, repair and replacement of rainwater goods and associated works.
