2. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit a revised drawing, for the written agreement of the planning authority to show the following amendment. a) The height of the shed/gym shall be reduced. The applicant shall either amend to a flat roof with a height of no more than 3 metres high or a pitched roof with a height on no more than 4 metres high. Reason: To protect the amenities of adjoining properties.
