2. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The depth of the first floor extension shall not exceed 3.5m from the existing main rear elevation of the house (measured externally). b) The first floor double doors and Juliet balcony on the rear elevation shall be omitted and replaced with an appropriately scaled window opening. The development shall not commencement until plans amended to reflect the above changes have been submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority. Reason: in the interests of visual amenity.
