2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit revised plans and sections for the written approval of the Planning Authority indicating that the curved staircase and upper enclosure has been omitted and the chimney breast in the rear return retained. A new opening may be included into the new extension from the rear return on the left hand side of the chimney breast which shall include a nib.
