Description

The development consists of the planning permission for a change of use of the first level from ancillary office use for a funeral home into office use under separate occupancy. Planning permission for retention of alterations, noted hereunder, in relation to planning reference 4244/19. 1. existing staircase enclosure retained and extended to provide TGD M 2010 compliant staircase, 2. insertion of new access/egress door in north east wall, 3. retention of recesses in the north east wall, 4. the insertion of 3no. windows in the side (northeast) and rear (east) elevations, 5. insertion of new window to staircase in rear (south east) wall of first floor to provide min. 1.0m x 1.0m smoke vent, 6. site works to include new permeable paving thoughtout the parking area.
