5. The developer will retain the professional services of a qualified Landscape Architect as a Landscape Consultant throughout the life of the site development works. The landscape scheme accompanying the application as amended below, shall be implemented fully and any vegetation which dies or is removed within 3 years of planting shall be replaced in the first planting season thereafter. The landscape scheme will include: i.) Alignment and construction details of paving, surfaces and railings to be submitted for written approval of the Planning Authority. ii.) Provision of lighting subject to the written approval of the Planning Authority. iii.) Provision of vehicular access for maintenance vehicles subject to the written approval of the Planning Authority. Reason: in the interests of amenity, ecology and sustainable development
