10. The proposed development shall adhere to the following: h) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water, providing an integrated approach with the landscaping proposals. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. Soft landscaping should be considered before hard landscaping.
