5. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit revised drawings and particulars to the Planning Authority for written agreement outlining the following: a. Each dwelling (four in total), shall have one car parking space each only. Any excess parking shown on the submitted site plan shall be given over to landscaping for the use of the residents. b. Each vehicular entrance shall be no greater than 3.2 metres in width and no gates shall open outwards across the public footpath. c. The boundary treatment shall consist of a low boundary wall no greater than 1.2metres in height, with the vehicular entrance piers no greater than 1.4metres in height. d. Detailed dimensional drawings of the resident bicycle parking storage unit and information on the security access details, type of stand to be provided noting that toaster type parking is not acceptable.
