4. The development shall be revised as follows: a) Door and window openings onto Mabbot Lane will be co-ordinated in a harmonious and ordered manner and details to be provided to fully describe all proposed door materials/colours/arrangements and any signage. b) The Applicant to revise the design/height of the lift overrun so that the overrun is of similar height to the adjacent height of the proposal approved development under 2476/19. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
