2. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Revised plan of the ground floor at a scale of 1:50 retaining the surviving elements of the rear elevation at ground floor level, including the nib of the historic return, removed under a previous planning application. (ii) 1:10 details of all junctions between the extension and historic structure. (iii) Detailed schedules of any repair and reinstatement works required to the boundary walls, together with a method statement for any repair works and interface details associated with construction of the new extension shall be provided, in accordance with best conservation practice. (iv) Revised plan of the ground floor at a scale of 1:50 retaining greater legibility of the historic floor plan of the rear room, with the omission of partitions truncating the chimneybreast. (v) Revised plan of the first floor at a scale of 1:50 demonstrating a more sympathetic layout retaining the primacy of the chimneybreast within the front. (vi) Full details on the proposed installation including repair of the roof, service routes and the exact positioning of the panels, including demonstration of the visual impact of the panels, are to be submitted. (vii) The provision of a larger rooflight in lieu of the existing historically dimensioned rooflight to the rear pitch is to be omitted.
