2. The development shall be revised as follows: i. The vehicular opening shall be relocated to the north-west end of the site. ii. The vehicular opening shall be no wider than 3.0 metres. iii. Save for that portion removed to create the vehicular entrance, the existing front boundary shall be retained or replicated. iv. The proposed car parking area shall be constructed using permeable materials to allow for rainwater to soak into the ground within the property and the remainder of the garden shall be retained as a grassed area or soft landscaping Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings. Reason: In the interests of orderly development and visual amenity.
