5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: b) Prior to commencement development full details of the proposed double stack cycle parking system located within the ground level cycle store shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Details shall include dimensions of the proposed stacking system; the required aisle widths in order for its effective use; and, details of e-bike charging facilities as well as a cargo bike spaces. A minimum of 238 spaces shall be provided, including 4no. cargo bike spaces in respect of the residential development. 8 no. cycle-parking spaces shall be provided in respect of the retail use. The subsequently approved cycle-parking scheme shall be implemented in full accordance with such approved details and shall be fully operational prior to the occupation of any of the residential units.
