5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division of Dublin City Council: a) Prior to commencement development, a revised Ground floor plan demonstrating two-way access and access for cargo bikes via the cycle access corridor and doors accessed off Mill Street shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement.
