3. The following shall apply to the proposed signage: (a) The signage shall comprise of individual stainless steel lettering (b) The individual lettering shall measure no more than 400mm in height (c) The street numbers shall be included on the fascia (d) The signage (‘MUSASHI’) for the restaurant shall be centred on No. 154 on the fascia above the window /door serving the restaurant and the signage for ‘Asian Retail Produce shall be centred on No. 155 on the fascia above the window /door to the retail area. The signage for Sushi Restaurant’ shall be omitted. Details of the content, background colour, lettering typeface and sample materials of the proposed signage, as well as revised drawings at an appropriate scale showing the above, shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority, prior to the commencement of development. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity and to comply with the Council’s Shopfront Design Guidelines.
