Description

4. The following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council shall be strictly adhered to: b) A surface water management plan shall be submitted demonstrating that a 20% increase in rainfall has been assumed to account for climate change. This shall be sent to the planning authority for written approval prior to the commencement of construction. f) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
