Description

12. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Roads and Traffic Planning Division: i. Prior to commencement of development, details of works proposed to the public domain including build-outs, line markings, landscaping, public lighting, cycle parking etc. shall be submitted to the Planning Authority. All works and materials shall be agreed in writing with the relevant DCC departments and shall be in accordance with the document Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council and other relevant DCC standards. All works will be at the applicant’s expense.
