5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Infrastructure Ireland:- a) Prior to commencement of development, a Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with written approval by TII. The Construction Traffic Management Plan shall identify mitigation measures to protect operational Luas infrastructure. j) Prior to commencement of development, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with written approval by TII.
