5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of Transportation Infrastructure Ireland:- b) Prior to commencement of development, a demolition and/or construction method statement shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority with written approval by TII. The method statement shall resolve all Luas interface issues and shall contain (i) identify all Luas alignment interfaces, (ii) contain a risk assessment for works associated with the interfaces, and (iii) mitigation measures for unacceptably high risks. f) The Luas Overhead Conductor System (OCS) and other Luas infrastructure are located adjacent to the proposed development. The Luas operator/TII will require 24hr access to this infrastructure. Prior to the commencement of development, the developer shall enter into an access and maintenance agreement with TII. Reason: To ensure no adverse impact on Luas operation and safety.
