7. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: d) Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement, with written approval from Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII). This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise management measures and off-site disposal of construction/demolition waste. The Construction Traffic Management Plan shall identify mitigation measures to protect operational Luas Infrastructure. Reason: In the interests of orderly development.
