12. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Roads and Traffic Planning Division: iii. Car parking spaces shall be permanently allocated to the proposed use and shall not be sold, rented or otherwise sub-let or leased to other parties. A Parking Management Plan shall be prepared for the site and submitted for the written agreement of Dublin City Council. This shall indicate how spaces will be assigned and segregated by use and how use of the car parking will be continually managed.
