Description
11 (a) Details of the bicycle, design, parking space location, layout, access to the basement, storage arrangement, marking demarcation, and security provisions for bicycle spaces shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development. (b) Electric charging facilities shall be provided for bicycle parking and proposals shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the occupation of the development. Reason: To ensure that adequate bicycle parking provision is available to serve the proposed development, and in the interests of orderly development and to provide for and future proof the development as would facilitate the use of electric bicycles.
