4. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, revised drawings providing for a car parking space perpendicular to the proposed vehicular entrance. These drawings shall include swept path analysis / vehicle autotracking drawings demonstrating safe access and egress from the laneway. In the event that safe access or egress is not possible, the proposed vehicular entrance shall be omitted.
