7. The following requirements of the Council’s Conservation Department shall be complied with: c) The following items shall be omitted and revised drawings submitted accordingly: i. The addition of the large window to north elevation of the top floor events space in the small tower. ii. Proposed over-painting of existing brickwork of the east facing gables of the building (to unify the varying existing materials and finishes) if it will affect any historic brick / other historic masonry surface.
