11. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning division: d) Details of the materials proposed in public areas and areas within the charge of Dublin City Council shall be in accordance with the document ‘Construction Standards for Roads and Street Works in Dublin City Council’ and agreed in detail with the Road Maintenance Division. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
