11. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning division: c) Prior to commencement of development, the proposed junction and pedestrian crossing upgrades at the junction of Castleforbes Street and Sherriff Street Upper shall be agreed in writing with the ITS Division of the Planning Authority All works shall be carried out at the applicant’s own expense and to the requirements of the Area Engineer. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
