11. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning division: b) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall contact the Transport Advisory Group (TAG) of the Planning Authority regarding alterations to pay and display scheme/line markings. Any works shall be at the applicant’s own expense and to the agreement of the Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
