3. Prior to the occupation of the retail unit, the developer/occupier shall obtain the written agreement of the Planning Authority in relation to the type of retailing unit to be provided, said unit being a higher order retail outlet having regard to, and being in accordance with, the provisions of the O’Connell Street Architectural Conservation Area Special Planning Control Scheme. For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of retail unit are precluded from this permission and are not permitted to trade from the retail unit: • Newsagent or convenience store • Bookmaker • Travel Agent • Hairdresser • Post Office • Laundrette or Dry Cleaner • Unit for he sale of sandwiches or other food or of wine for consumption off the premises, , • Premises used for the hiring out of domestic or personal goods or articles, • Pharmacy or Head Shop • Sex Shop • Catalogue Shop • Mobile Phone and related goods shop • Discount Shop/End of Lines/Closing Down/Sales Outlets Reason: In the interests of retail vitality and having regard to the objectives of the O’Connell Street Architectural Conservation Area Special Planning Control Scheme
