3. The hereby permitted development shall be amended as follows: a) Bedroom 3 on the 2nd floor and the associated lean to roof shall be omitted. b) The ground floor of the side extension shall be set back to be behind the existing window to the main entrance hall. c) The proposed doorway/service entrance door shall be designed to be subservient to the main entrance to the dwelling. Prior to the commencement of development, the revised drawings showing these amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority for agreement in writing. Reason: To protect the architectural character and distinctiveness of this residential conservation area.
