8. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: e) The following requirements of the Conservation Officer shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to the commencement of development: i. Revised elevations and section drawings of the proposed glazing enclosure at 1:10 scale, indicating a steel frame Crittal-type or other system where the framing system is as slim as possible and the glazing module shall be revised to relate more sympathetically and logically to the stair arrangement. ii. 1:5 edge detail to the pressed metal roof designed to minimise the visual impact of the roof, presenting as slim a profile to the edge detail as possible. Similarly, the edge detail to the string shall be expressed as neatly as possible. iii. 1:5 revised handrail detail – suggested half-barrel profile.
