2. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer: b) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority: (i) Site exemplars for the removal of raking out, cleaning, patch repairs, re-facing and repointing including joint profile of the brick elevations shall be agreed on site with the CO prior to works commencing. NHL2 is to be used for all mortar mixes. (ii) The applicant shall submit details of five recent examples of specialist brick re-pointing works carried out by the proposed contractor on protected structures of similar architectural significance in Dublin and associated references to ensure that the contractor has the requisite expertise for these works.
