Description

Change existing shed (4.7mx6m) to an additional residential space. Addition of radiators, kitchenette and shower room. Due to level of the existing structure it is not possible to join to the house soil waste. A new connection to the mains is proposed from the proposed shower room at the rear of the shed in the DCC laneway. All building regulations to be followed.
