PROTECTED STRUCTURE: the development will consist of the replacement of the existing 31sq.m sub-standard, single storey prefabricated structure at basement level to the rear of 32 Mount Street Upper with a new 31sq.m single store structure with a sedum/green flat roof together with a replacement stepped approach down to the rear basement structure & all associated site works. 32 Mount Street Upper is a 4-storey over basement building and there are minor works proposed to the main property which will consist of the opening of an original window ope on basement level to the rear elevation that is currently blocked up and a new window is proposed within the original ope. 32 Mount Street Upper is listed as protected structure in the current Dublin City Council Development Plan and is located within an Architectural Conservation Area.
