4. Prior to commencement of works, the applicant shall submit to the planning authority (Transportation Planning Division) for written agreement a revised site layout plan demonstrating the following: a. The ground floor extension at front elevation shall be set back to ensure that in curtilage parking depth of no less than 5.0 (five) metres is provided between the ground floor front building line and the front boundary on Clanmahon Road.
