9. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: e) The following requirements of the Conservation Officer shall be undertaken under the supervision and specification of an expert in architectural conservation and shall be confirmed in writing by that expert on behalf of the applicant and submitted to the planning authority prior to the commencement of the development: i. 1:10 drawing and details of the proposed alterations to/widening of the basement rear window opening, including structural details of lintol arrangement, linings and architraves. Confirm where the window will be reused (ref. page 4 of the Conservation Report). ii. Revised floor plans to include all fixed items such as radiator cabinets etc. and methodology for the lifting of historic floor boards in these locations – historic floor boards should not be cut. iii. 1:10 drawing of proposed ventilation opening above the existing door ensuring the visual impact is kept to a minimum and that any vent is of high quality, well-positioned and as discreet as possible to minimise the impact on the character of the Protected Structure (Page 7 of the Conservation Report).
