6. The development hereby approved shall incorporate the following amendments: a) The first floor rear extension shall be reduced in depth to have a maximum external depth of 3.5m. b) The roof of the reduced first floor rear extension shall be flat roofed. c) The height of the dormer window shall sit below the ridge height of the existing dwelling. Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, amended plans and particulars which reflect the above amendments. Reason: In the interest of residential amenity and to comply with Development Plan requirements
