3. The applicant/developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall confirm to the planning authority, the materials and significance of the boundary wall to the abandoned rear access laneway (adjoining dwellings on Clontarf Road). A written description, clear photographs and a conservation repair strategy/methodology shall be submitted if the wall is historic.
