It is proposed that these 2 car parking spaces shall be replaced 2 new off street car parking spaces on foot of this application of number 131 Tritonville Road and by carrying out the works for off street parking for number 129 Tritonville Road on foot of planning permission ref. 3363/19. The remaining 3 basement car parking spaces shall be reserved for the mews development to the rear.
